Project:Towards Inclusive Local Governance

The “Towards Inclusive Local Governance” project aims to strengthen participatory democracy by encouraging citizen involvement in public action. It aims to make citizens aware of their civic rights and duties, while promoting a culture of responsibility and active involvement in decision-making.

General objective:

Strengthen democracy by encouraging citizens to become actively involved in public action and contribute to active civic participation.

Intervening in the cities of Oujda and Nador over a 10-month period, the project is aimed at a variety of players, including civil society organizations, students, journalists, activists and the general public. Through inclusive initiatives, it aims to create a space for constructive dialogue between citizens and decision-makers, thus contributing to more equitable and participative local governance.
