Believing in the principle of gender equality, the association has found that building women’s capacity to manage public affairs is an imperative for an equitable and inclusive society. By investing in education, training and the promotion of women’s political participation, we can create an environment where their voices and perspectives are fully integrated into public decision-making. This not only promotes gender equality, but also improves the quality of governance by bringing in diverse ideas and reflecting the concerns of society as a whole. Empowering women in this area is an essential step towards a fairer, more democratic future.
