The MAsaktinCH 3 project, supported by the Pionniers du Changement association, is part of an initiative to strengthen transparency and citizen participation in the Oujda municipality. Through targeted actions, the project mobilizes young people and equips them with the skills they need to better understand the workings of local authorities and become actively involved in local governance processes.
