This approach has been implemented through various initiatives aimed at raising citizens' awareness of their right to access information.
One of the main actions undertaken by the association is to set up projects aimed at strengthening civic awareness. The aim of these projects is to help educate citizens about democratic issues and give them the tools they need to play an active part in the political and social life of their community.
In addition, the association has set up specific activities aimed at building the capacities of local elected representatives. This approach aims to equip political leaders with the skills they need to foster participatory and inclusive governance. By raising awareness and providing training for elected representatives, the association helps to create conditions conducive to equitable representation and consideration of the needs of the entire population, regardless of gender.

Migration
Migration flows are growing steadily worldwide, and the numbers are constantly increasing. This reality has not escaped our attention, particularly within our association, which benefits from recognized expertise in the field of migration. We are fully aware of the scale of this phenomenon and its significant impact on the Oriental region.
Faced with this situation, our association has undertaken a series of actions aimed at better understanding, supporting and responding to the needs of migrants. We have set up a number of projects and initiatives designed to support migrants in their journey, promote their integration and raise public awareness of migration-related issues.
Migration is now recognized as a fundamental human right. However, because of its complexity and multidimensional impact on societies, our association has chosen to give it special attention. We believe that migration cannot be reduced to mere geographical displacement, but encompasses complex social, economic, cultural and legal aspects. That's why we've made migration one of the main focuses of our work.
We regularly organize seminars, workshops and training courses to share our knowledge and expertise in the field of migration. Our aim is to raise society's awareness of the diversity of migrant profiles and the challenges they face.
Migration has become a key issue in today's global context, and our association is fully committed to playing an active role in understanding and managing this phenomenon. We believe in the importance of a global approach to migration, taking into account its multiple facets and aiming to create a favorable environment for migrants.

Culture
Culture has always been at the very heart of the Pionniers du Changement pour le Développement et la Culture association. The story of this association began with a memorable experience, that of a group of young people gathered around an open-air reading initiative. This founding event marked the beginning of an adventure that would shape the association's mission and vision for years to come.
From its earliest beginnings, the Pioneers of Change association has always believed in culture as the key to opening the doors to knowledge, education and mutual understanding within society. It sees culture as a powerful instrument for building an enlightened society, where individual freedom and respect for others are fundamental values.
To realize this vision, the association has orchestrated numerous activities and events. The Used Book Fair was one such initiative, offering literature lovers an opportunity to discover literary treasures while encouraging the reuse and sharing of knowledge. The African Fair, meanwhile, celebrated the cultural richness of the African continent, fostering intercultural exchange.
But the association's commitment doesn't stop with these cultural events. It has also taken on the management of several projects that integrate the cultural dimension. These projects aim to raise awareness of the importance of culture in social development and to encourage artistic creativity. They cover a variety of fields, from visual art to music, dance and literature.
Objectives: To awaken the collective consciousness of society, while reinforcing the personal development of each individual, and preserving cultural identity and a sense of belonging to the community.

The environment
The Agenda 2030 integrates the environmental dimension, emphasizing the link between poverty and protecting the planet from climate change. It identifies five pillars of sustainable development: the planet, people, prosperity, peace and partnership.
Believing in the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the association "Pioneers of Change for Development and Culture" has set up a section dedicated to the environment, which is significantly reflected in many of its activities and initiatives. Indeed, the association was honored by receiving the Award for Responsible Initiative on Sustainable Development Goals, as part of the SAFIR project "Le projet Oujda Empreinte d'écologie et de durabilité". This initiative aims to create a synergy of action between young people, local authorities and civil society in the city of Oujda in terms of ecology and sustainability, thus contributing to the achievement of the 11th Sustainable Development Goal.
This is how pioneers integrate sustainable development objectives into their activities.
