The Ensemble pour une Coexistence interculturelle, Oujda une société plus harmonieuse – Phase 2 project aims to strengthen the integration of migrants in the city of Oujda by adopting a participative and inclusive approach. It promotes intercultural dialogue, social cohesion and the inclusion of both migrant and local communities. trained and supported to become ambassadors for living together. These ambassadors play a key role in the implementation of activities. They raise awareness and take action through a range of activities promoting the values of diversity and solidarity.
General objective:
Promote the intercultural integration of third-country nationals (TCNs), with particular emphasis on the inclusion of TCN women and girls in the city of Oujda.
The project also promotes participatory initiatives and cultural and artistic events, bringing communities together through shared experiences. Spaces for meeting and dialogue are created within educational and cultural structures, facilitating the integration of migrants into local society.
Finally, the project identifies and promotes best practices in social cohesion, and organizes awareness-raising initiatives to mobilize local players. By highlighting intercultural initiatives, it contributes to building a harmonious society based on inclusion and mutual respect.
